I bought this bra in an XL. Zumba bras tend to fit pretty tight, so I usually size up for a more comfortable fit. The mesh over the chest does provide some coverage, but the fabric panel in the front is quite narrow. You may want to add pads underneath for more coverage. I’ve even seen some people wear it backwards for a different fit and coverage. Overall, I really love the design!

Rock 'n' Roll Z-Lift Square Neck Bra With Mesh

I got the Rock N Roll mesh bra to go with the Rock N Roll shorts and wore this set to teach my Zumba class. I got tons of compliments from students and some people at the gym. My regular size is XS but I got a M due to the fact that Zumba bras are running small lately. I could have gotten a small but glad I kept the M which work out perfect to have more room bra pads inserts. Just wish this bra came with paddings. But overall, I love it.
