You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- All orders received on or before NOON EST will be shipped by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays.

- All orders received after NOON EST will be shipped within two business days, excluding holidays.

- All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Zumba will be shipped within two business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, major sales events, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

Transit time count begins after the order is picked up by the carrier. The ship day is day “0” in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

For the US and the US territories, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

To prevent shipping delays, avoid all special characters in your shipping address including but not limited to (. , < > ? | * _ # @ ! - )

US Transit Time: Standard 2-7 business days

Any order with an incorrect or incomplete address might result in delayed shipping time or cancellation of the order. We do not offer expedited service to the US Union Territory, for example Puerto Rico.

Proof of signature is not required for delivery unless order exceeds $1,500 value. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. Packages may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

UNITED STATES - STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS 
For qualifying orders, the shipping costs for standard service is a flat rate of USD $9.00 per order for shipments made to addresses located in the US.

The applicable shipping cost is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to, Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, banners, footwear, and large accessories. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.

UNITED STATES - EXPEDITED SHIPPING COSTS 
The price for expedited shipping (between 2-3 business days) is $30.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. ​Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and they will be the customer’s responsibility. ​It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you finalize your order.
