The hat has a wonderful color combo and looks good in the lights. The problem is it arrived with one stud missing (see picture). I emailed Zumba Wear as soon as I opened the package and saw the problem. That was two weeks ago and there has been no replacement sent or further information on how this will be resolved. I have made many purchases before and never had an issue. Please address this.
